As a result, Acetron GP is FDA, USDA, NSF, Canada AG and 3A-Dairy compliant. Acetron GP also offers better chemical resistance than homopolymer acetal variants.
For those seeking elevated mechanical properties, we offer an array of homopolymer Acetal products, such as Delrin®, available in various sizes and forms. Delrin® surpasses the mechanical properties of Acetal Copolymer, delivering enhanced performance for a wide range of applications. It’s worth noting that larger cross-sections of Delrin® may contain a low-density center, but this does not compromise its overall quality.
For applications where reduced friction and prolonged wear life are of utmost importance, we proudly present Delrin® AF Blend. This unique thermoplastic material combines the benefits of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin acetal resin, resulting in exceptional low-friction properties.
